How long does the full web design process take?

Most projects take 4–6 weeks depending on the scope, how quickly feedback is provided and whether you already have your branding, copy and imagery ready. We will give you a clear timeline at the start so you always know what’s coming next.

Do I need my branding done before we start?

Ideally, yes. A website performs best when it’s built on strong visual branding. If you don’t have branding yet, we offer brand design packages you can add on before we begin your site.

Do you work with clients outside of the UK?

Yes, we absolutely do. While we’re based in the UK, we work with visionary founders all over the world. All of our team work remotely and everything from strategy sessions to design approvals can be done virtually so distance is never a barrier.

Do you offer payment plans?

Web Design projects are typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion of your project. However, if you would like to split your payments up into more manageable amounts, we can most likely split your payments across project milestones to make the process more accessible and stress-free, please just ask at enquiry stage.

Will I be able to update the site myself once it’s live?

Absolutely. We build everything so it’s simple for you to maintain and update. Showit and Shopify are both great, user-friendly platforms. You’ll receive a full handover and training so you feel confident making changes without needing a designer every time BUT we do offer website maintenance packages if you'd rather we handle it all!
